How To (Gently) Detox Your Child After Vaccines
You’ve vaccinated. Now you’ve done your research and regret it.
It’s a common feeling for many parents who have woken up to the dangers of toxic vaccines. Often this comes after noticing signs of sickness in their child, or just from learning how vaccine toxins can affect the body.
Ive heard from many parents who want to know if there is any way to detox their children from vaccines. The simple answer is yes, you can detox from vaccines. There are many parents who have successfully done so with their own children. Ingredients such as aluminium, antibiotics and monosodium glutamate (MSG) are some of the ingredients in vaccines, and they are being given regularly in multiple dosages. This of course is going to be a massive toxin load on the body of young children. It is up to us as parents to learn to see the signs of toxic overload and to take the steps needed to heal from it.
‘Detox’ is really just another word for ‘healing’. Detoxing from vaccines can take time though, and the process is a journey without any specific or known outcome. The effect that vaccines have on the body can be cumulative, with the build up of toxins from each shot accumulating in the body. Toxins like aluminum and mercury are particularly hard to remove, but with time and persistence it can happen. All vaccine ingredients have some amount of toxicity and this is why it is so important to consider detoxification if your children have been vaccinated, or if you are planning to in the future.
When I went on the journey of detoxing my own body following some travel vaccines I went through a very intense program that lasted a year and included juice fasting, salt baths, herbs and healing raw foods. For adults we can go into an intensive program, but for children we want to take a much more gentle approach.

Vaccine Detox For Children: A Gentle Approach
A good dose of daily probiotics can help to restore the balance of good bacteria. Vaccines can wipe out the good bacteria in the gut, and its essential to replenish it to restore health to the immune system.
Every Day Detox Baths
These are good for both adults and children. Epsom salt baths help draw toxins from the body, whilst replenishing magnesium levels.
Add the following ingredients to a warm bath:
- 1/4 cup Epsom salt
- ¼ cup Baking Soda/Bi-carb soda (aluminium free)
- Pure Essential Oils*
*Lavender, wild orange or coriander/cilantro essential oils are great choice. Cilantro is known to be a very gentle but powerful herb for detoxing heavy metals from the body.
- 1 teaspoon Vitamin C (optional)
Clay Detox Bath Variation
Same as above but add 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay (which helps to pull heavy metals from the body)
It was the late Dr Archie Kalokerinos observed that giving large amounts of vitamin C could in some cases reverse vaccine damage. He observed that aboriginal children were particularly badly affected by vaccination and that they were also low in vitamin C. Some doctors have recommended giving large doses of vitamin C before and after vaccination to reduce the risk of an adverse reaction. The antioxidant effect of vitamin C helps by neutralizing the toxins that remain in the body after vaccines.
Removing Toxins in the Environment
You can’t detox from vaccines if you are still using toxic products, and eating toxic foods. So obviously replacing toxic cleaning products, skin-care products and other household items with natural alternatives is essential if you are attempting to detox… If you are in doubt look at the ingredients, as some brands use clever marketing techniques to give an impression that there products are natural when in fact they are full of toxins.
As already mentioned cilantro (also known as coriander) is a great herb for its effect of pulling heavy metals toxins from the body. Try sneaking the fresh herb into foods or smoothies.
Making the lifestyle changes that are going to support your child’s detox is absolutely essential. Cutting out processed foods and adding in more whole foods such as organic fruits and veggies, and plenty of fresh juices will help to nourish and cleanse the body to support it during this time.
What To Expect During Detox?
Their may be some mild side effects during the detox period. If you have ever experienced a detox yourself you might be familiar with these! Irritation, digestive upsets, headaches and fatigue are all normal signs that the body is eliminating some toxins. (This is often referred to as the healing crisis.) Embrace the changes that come, it is a sign that the body is healing.
